Sets the boundary displacements through time from an imposed velocity

This Dirichlet boundary condition lets the user set the displacement using the "function" and "velocity" parameters.

The displacement is updated as:

where is the displacement, the "function" parameter and the "velocity" parameter, the current time and dt the time step.

This boundary condition hard-codes the use of a first order Euler time integration scheme.
