MFEMGeneralUserObject

The detailed documentation of this object is only available when Moose is compiled with MFEM. To install with MFEM run the scripts/update_and_rebuild_mfem.sh script after running the dependency installation script scripts/update_and_rebuild_conduit.sh. Run ./configure --with-mfem or ./configure --with-mfem=<custom_mfem_dir> if using an MFEM installation directory other than the one that is built by scripts/update_and_rebuild_mfem.sh. Then run make as normal.
