Critical Time Step Postprocessor

Computes and reports the critical time step for the explicit solver.

Description

The CriticalTimeStep postprocessor is used to compute the value of the minimum time step for explicit integration scheme. Please refer to CriticalTimeStepMath for the theoretical details.
